Let me start by saying the staff and doctors have all been great to me in person and polite over the phone. In office visits and scheduling is very easy, however, I’ve needed disability paperwork filled out for weeks now. I’ve called them every business day and they’ve never called me back. I’m about to lose my job and have not made a penny in over a month and a half due to their negligence.

Went here after my car accident in 2024, every follow up visit I complain about the same thing only to be told “that’s not what you said last time” when the doctor look at the previous notes guess what he read? The same chief of complaints! Today was the day I was treated the worst! The lack of communication is disheartening. My injuries were not properly treated. Needless to say I will not come back. Stay away if you can.
Heather is the absolute best PT I have been blessed to meet and help heal me throughout my journey. She has helped me regain back my range of motion post mastectomy surgery. Denise has also been a wonderful OT. She has helped me throughout my healing journey as well. I love Stars Rehab!!!
