A very upsetting experience. I am 33 weeks pregnant and rearranged everything to make it to this appointment, as did my fiancé. When we arrived, we found out they had given us the wrong time and never called to remind us or confirm the schedule. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and showed no interest in helping. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right by squeezing us in, they were dismissive and visibly annoyed. They never have a sonographer the doctors always left early front desk they are the worst very unprofessional place I don’t recommend it if doctor send you here say NOPE go somewhere else
Very impressed with service no long wait they take you in right on time not overcrowded. Thumbs up
