I will try to be as nice as possible since this comment will stay online forever. Northwell Westchester treated me in Jan 2024 - as best as they could. They discharged me and that was that. I was left with a $2,000 bill. Thats where my complaint begins. It took me a few months to pay off more than half of that. I unfortunately have a low paying job like a good amount of late 20-year-olds have. I took my resident here on an appointment && the people at the front desk were very rude. My resident was unable to answer a few questions due to dementia (which was explained to them) & they were refusing to see her because of it. No person should be treated this way.
