The front desk is unwelcoming, their attitude is the worst towards patients who are coming in and giving this place business. The girls at the front desk seemed more interested in having their own conversations amongst themselves than attending the people who walk through the door. Front desk is extremely incompetent, I don’t understand how these people are hired. I would give a zero if I could.
Every single time I come here for an appointment, I am forced to wait 1+ hours to be seen. Management needs to make changes to how they complete scheduling. All medical staff I have seen have been a pleasure to work with.
