They tell you to be there early, you show up early. And then you wait for an hour to be seen. I let the front desk know that I was not close to home , on my lunch break and really couldn't be waiting for over an hour to be seen. I'm sitting here seriously aggravated. They took another patient before me because she let them know she was on her lunch.
Great staff and Dr's
Overall I was very pleased with the service I received when getting my endoscopy and colonoscopy done at this facility. Dr. Hinds was very nice and professional as well as the anesthesiologist and nurses who helped me. Nancy at the front desk is very loud, unprofessional, and annoying. Shelia was very nice as she was attending to me after the procedure but she had a cold (kept sniffling) and probably shouldn't have been working on patients that day.
Whatever you do, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE! They do not care at all about their patience! They do not listen to your symptoms. Today was the 2nd “inconclusive” test this office has given me. I am absolutely suffering with GI issues that has disrupted my life, personal and professional. The bed side manner is atrocious!
