Whatever you do, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE! They do not care at all about their patience! They do not listen to your symptoms. Today was the 2nd “inconclusive” test this office has given me. I am absolutely suffering with GI issues that has disrupted my life, personal and professional. The bed side manner is atrocious!
Front desk was rude and unhelpful. As for the staff in the back and nurse practitioner i met with were polite and professional. Couldn't get a appointment for a endoscopy until JUNE its February.... I called around found a place in Patchogue I go next week!
Horrible experience from the start. Dr Chatalbash was dismissive of my gastro problems saying I most likely had a heart issue despite my Primary and the ER doctor saying it was a gastro issue (I told him this) Went to my heart doctor and I had absolutely no heart problem. Scheduled an endoscopy. I fasted for the appropriate time. The anesthesiologist tried to put a lead in my arm 4 times. Aggressive and incompetent. Took another person a single time.
