Great staff and Dr's
Overall I was very pleased with the service I received when getting my endoscopy and colonoscopy done at this facility. Dr. Hinds was very nice and professional as well as the anesthesiologist and nurses who helped me. Nancy at the front desk is very loud, unprofessional, and annoying. Shelia was very nice as she was attending to me after the procedure but she had a cold (kept sniffling) and probably shouldn't have been working on patients that day.
Whatever you do, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE! They do not care at all about their patience! They do not listen to your symptoms. Today was the 2nd “inconclusive” test this office has given me. I am absolutely suffering with GI issues that has disrupted my life, personal and professional. The bed side manner is atrocious!
Front desk was rude and unhelpful. As for the staff in the back and nurse practitioner i met with were polite and professional. Couldn't get a appointment for a endoscopy until JUNE its February.... I called around found a place in Patchogue I go next week!
