The GI staff and Dr. Broomfield are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but great energy and professionalism. I had my colonoscopy done here and I had some anxiety about it for several days. They quickly assured me that it will be fine and that there is nothing to it. Which they were one hundred percent correct about. The RN's, CNA, registra, maintenance, and physicians were all really nice and made my visit a breeze. Truly a great group of staff at this facility. I highly recommend

I am a new patient. Had a 12:30 noon appt. They want you at least 15 minutes early. I showed up at 12:10. Front desk said my appt was cancelled because the doctor went to the hospital, didn't say for what reason. They said they called me at 10:30am. I never got a call or doesn't show in my phone history that they called. I changed and rescheduled my activities and other appts to get this appt. I cannot reschedule right then. Have to call back. I'm not going back to them!

My mother was diagnosed with liver cancer a year ago, and during that time she was under the care of her gastroenterologist, Dr. Nazia Qazi. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, it was very difficult to get appointments. We were often given appointments that were three months away.
