This office has horrible customer service. The get in contact with them is nearly impossible. The NP I was seeing wasn’t very thorough/direct but was nice in Medford. When I first came to the office when they diagnosed me the DR didn’t even look at me in the face to tell me I had graves while pregnant. I went to the office in happauge and seen a different NP cursed under her breath because she didn’t clear her other clients chart before coming into my room. Perhaps the worst doctor's office I've ever been to - any time I have called the office I am unable to get through to a human, so if you ever need to schedule or change an appointment, you're out of luck. I had to call at least 5 times to follow up on a prescription only to find out it was never sent in by anyone. Also, even if you do manage to get an appointment, it will most likely only be once a year, so god forbid you have a serious illness that requires more regular care. My NP, Danielle, has been incredibly supportive and caring in my fight with diabetes. I've been to many other endocrinologists, and I can say hands down this place is the best. They never brush me off or rush me out of my appointments. They stay in contact and are always very helpful. The nurses are great too, especially Fiona, whom I see every two weeks. Office staff is completely rude with a condescending tone. They have no medical knowledge about their office specialties. Pls do yourself a favor and read all reviews unless you like to have people belittle you.
