Doctor and staff were pleasant ans knowledgeable
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I had a 2:30 PM appointment and called ahead to inform them that our train was delayed and that we would be arriving about 30 minutes late. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait, but no one ever followed up or provided any update. The complete lack of communication created the impression that we might still be seen once the other patients were finished. My insurance was verified weeks ago, and I received constant appointment confirmations, yet the system never noted that a referral was required. To call a patient 45 minutes before their appointment to tell them they HAVE to get a referral form to be seen—claiming 'notice' was give by a missed call placed six minutes before office closing the night before—is completely unprofessional. Had an appointment with Dr. Mori. I asked to do a skin sensitivity test because I wanted to confirm that a specific ingredient was giving me trouble, and they repeatedly told me that I should just try the skincare items and see if it makes me break out. Their reasoning being that the multi-day panel is an overkill, despite my having told them the skincare took weeks to show up on my skin and it’s tough to isolate the ingredients and therefore difficult to test accurately.
