Very poorly run in term of time management ! I love my doctor however they are always consistently at least an hour late … I wished they would advise the patient so that I don’t have to be here just sit and wait .
I made an appointment ahead of time and when I arrived at my appointment they said the doctor was not there and she on vacation. I got upset bc they claim they left two messages but I never received them. Only the automated message to confirm my appointment. Worst apparently no other physician was available to take me. I would not bother making appointments here bc it pointless if they don’t honor them. She ask if I wanted to reschedule and I said no thank you. Poorly run location ---- kept me waiting over an hour and 15 minutes ----- finally asked how much longer --- would have been well over 30 minutes more ---- so I just left ---- no regards for anyone's time ----- unacceptable treatment ---- time to move on
