I've been going to Northwell lads for years. I love going to 241 main st because of Nicole. She is amazing. She finds my vein without a problem. Very rarely do I feel the stick of the needle. She is kind and caring. And has the patience of a saint. Nicole is what you want as a phlebotomist to take care of you a d represent the Northwell system. I give her 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good service, quick and convenient.
The office staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting room is tiny (2 chairs) and people are lined up standing in the hall. There should be chairs in the long hall that can be used for people waiting. Nicole, the technician who served me, was very professional.
