Unprofessional and rude staff at front desk. Came today for blood work. Unbelievable that my Northwell doctors send the scripts online and the receptionists can't find it. Blonde lady at front desk needs to change her attitude towards people. Seriously... Get real.
Employee named Chardja was very unwelcoming, rude and very unprofessional. We are definitely not going back to that facility ever again. Her supervisor should have a chat with her regarding her attitude and work ethic. Health care should be warm and welcoming, Thank you.
Amazing, best blood draw I’ve been to (comparing to northwell on Hicksville rd and Optum on Hempstead turnpike). The people working were kind and caring, and fast. I will only go here from now on.
Had my blood drawn by Sheher-Bano yesterday. As I have very poor venous access I was anxious. This lovely professional phlebotomist drew my blood with ease and no discomfort or bruising. Highly recommend this lab at Bethpage all staff was friendly and welcoming.
