Longest wait time of my life.
1. X-ray , MRI tech people or operators or nurse, they are nice. 2. Customer service on the phone is terrible. Called regarding physician hasn’t receive the report yet , the phone operator said at least need 3 business days after imaging without asking anything else. While I told her it has been a week, then she said you need submit access medical record report online, and said something very quick like you need call facility. I had the best experience yesterday at Northwell Health Imaging in Glen Cove. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were welcoming, acknowledging my presence as soon as I arrived and the technician spoke to me extensively about the reason for my visit before the xray was performed. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to use the service here but after my good experience I wanted to give this location a positive review.
I just had an awful experience with this company. I came in last night to have an urgent chest X-ray done in order to rule out pneumonia. I work in special education with children and wanted to make sure I wasn’t passing it to the students. The X-ray tech was very nice and assured me she would mark my results as urgent so they could be read immediately. Both my mother and I tried getting in touch with them all day the following day so they could send the results to my doctor to be read. When I was finally called back in the ... read more
