The place was clean, not packed, the staff was very welcoming and nice. Furthermore, the doctor was very thorough and professional.
Easy to walk in and see a Dr. The reception was helpful and empathetic to my needs. The wait was not too long and the staff (front desk, nurse, and Dr) were excellent, patient, and kind. The facility was clean and inviting.

Friendly reception and triage staff. Slow service overall. I was billed for tests I did not ask for and did not need. I also was expecting to be informed of the cost for an office visit up front, as is the case at CityMD. But that's not how they do business apparently. They are trying to charge me almost 2x the amount of my co-pay after the fact, with no paperwork or receipts to back it up. Billing department is unwilling to assist on the phone.
