Complete waste of time. I went in with excruciating pain in my throat and ears. Dr. K tested me for COVID and strep, said everything was fine and sent me on my way, no medicine, no diagnosis. I was IN TEARS from the pain.
Everyone there was Great! I'm a crybaby lol 😆 but the Doctor who performed my procedure was gentle. I thought he was going to cry with me , He was so concerned..... 10 stars 🌟 🤩
I brought my son in because he couldn't hear out of one ear, and I'm so glad we got it checked and that he can hear everything again, and the doctor was super attentive the whole time!
I visited today this medical center for a condition I had never experienced before and was genuinely concerned it could become something serious if not properly checked. Unfortunately, the Male doctor who saw me did almost nothing to help. He just told me to take ibuprofen, refused to write a prescription so my insurance would cover it, and instead asked if I didn’t already have some at home or told me to just buy it over the counter. And I can get help from others too.This is a great team to treat patient very well, especially Miss Camille in front desk.
