Treatment and staff were great. Billing has been a nightmare. I received a bill for over $500 - when I called to ask if my insurance was billed, the person from their billing team told me it had. When I pressed further, explaining there is no way, he recanted and said the request actually had timed out and my insurance company never answered (I was seen in June, this bill arrived in August).
