My urgent care experience was excellent Seen on time issues addressed prescription sent to pharmacy. However getting test results on throat culture was a thumbs down. The result did not go to the portal phone calls go to automated menu. Finally was able to reach a person who said she couldn’t email results only fax. Went through the whole process again this time the person I spoke with was able to e mail or Fax. The website isn’t user friendly.
