Great staff from front desk to the medical staff . They were caring and attentive
To the Manager about employee Monique Dillon I came in with an appointment at 3:00 pm this was scheduled an hour prior online. I come in and she said “do you have an appointment “ I said yes she goes “so check in” I go alright no problem…I stay standing because I didn’t wanna be too close to other people since I was exposed to strep throat and most of the seats were taken. I usually come here for quick matters and service has consistently been smooth. I’m not sure what’s going on today but I called three times and it rings once before the line is disconnected when I haven’t spoken to anyone. Yesterday I was placed on hold for 30 minutes.
