What I liked best about my visit is that the location I went to in Mineola, NY was extremely clean and I was seen very quickly by the doctor.
I am upset with this location. My daughter's ear was bothering her and she was in a lot of pain. We assumed she had an ear infection. I pre-registered, we sat down and waited to be called. We waited about 40 minutes. She was finally seen and the doctor told her she didn't have an ear infection, so he gave her nose spray. The following day she was in worse pain, luckily we were able to see an ENT. The doctor was shocked and bothered that the urgent care doctor didn't see that my daughter had in fact an ear infection.
