I was very disappointed with the health service here. I came in seeking urgent care, but instead of receiving help, I encountered a condescending doctor who showed no empathy and seemed unwilling to assist me, almost as if she hated her job. The front desk staff was much nicer and very polite in comparison.
Great attention
Early on March 23rd I started having a medical emergency as I was driving to work. I drove myself to the nearest Urgent Care facility that I could find as I felt as though I was having a stroke and was going to pass out. When I walked into this facility their was a single patient waiting in chairs. There was a receptionist who was on the phone and pointed to a kiosk and told me I needed to sign in. Very accessible and very professional. I love that I can, book my spot and complete all my paperwork online which makes my wait time very short. The entire staff is very pleasant and professional. My go to urgent care department when I need immediate care. They take care of all my medical needs very effectively, professionally and efficiently.
