All the staff were very professional. I was tended for quickly. Dr Quan was throrough, listened to all my concerns, explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. I would highly recommend this practice.
I like the way they treated me, I do have to say the person at the front desk was very nice but was not very serious about her job, she was talking and laughing too much with other coworkers and I think when you come to an ER you have to be more considerate because some people are not really feeling well. I do say she was kind but was taking long time to finish because of the talking and laughing. I was in a lot of pain and if you have patients not feeling well that's not okay to be doing
The Cleanliness, the front staff, the nurse and the doctor are approchable and help me.
