Very cordial staff. Quick access to medical care. Knowledge of the essential basics, which is what walk-in emergency care is for. Thanks to everyone. They did a quick, efficient diagnosis and medicine was quickly available at my local drugstore. All very efficient. Couldn't ask for better.
Beware if you need prescriptions urgently - they send an email offsite for another location to actually send them in to your pharmacy. There’s no way for them to escalate or call that other location with issues. They just send another email and hope. Days later and still no meds from the “urgent care” place we went to bc they were in fact, time sensitive. Nice people, shockingly bad process.
I received multiple bills in the mail after visiting this clinic once as a self-pay patient. No one bothered to tell me that there will be extra charges outside of what I paid at the time of the visit. Completely lack of transparency and patient consent is not needed. Just pay the bills, whatever they come.
