Had a great & completely frictionless experience coming here for a UTI. Staff were kind & had tests done incredibly quickly, I walked out the door with a prescription for antibiotics about 30 minutes after first coming in!
You can’t call them. I couldn’t get my lab results for a Covid test. The online system is impossible to navigate let alone enroll. Otherwise the staff and doctor are very good.

Really personable and efficient. The only feedback I have is that, as a DOE employee, I need a letter if I miss work. When I asked for one, the doctor hesitated, which made me think that maybe at this location, fewer people request it in today’s remote-work era. Still. Other than that, everyone was kind. The front desk was professional and caring, guiding me through the process. The doctor was thorough and gave me a clear treatment plan.
