Terrible staff who genuinely don’t care about their patients. Went to them two years ago as we were struggling to conceive. They advised me I needed to get blood work done. I mentioned to them that due to a very sensitive situation at work, I was unable to leave work for labs and needed to get them done before my work day started. They promised the labs would be sent in. I wake up early and take my daughter to go get to labs done- were they sent in? I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, during my lunch break. The staff was talking to a patient who was getting bloodwork - the conversation was very loud and clearly wasn't about the blood work, as they were discussing retirement and how they couldn’t decide what state to retire in for nearly 30 Minutes. They continued to have personal discussions, all while I patiently waited during my limited lunch break. I was the only person in the waiting room.
