Terrible staff who genuinely don’t care about their patients. Went to them two years ago as we were struggling to conceive. They advised me I needed to get blood work done. I mentioned to them that due to a very sensitive situation at work, I was unable to leave work for labs and needed to get them done before my work day started. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, during my lunch break. The staff was talking to a patient who was getting bloodwork - the conversation was very loud and clearly wasn't about the blood work, as they were discussing retirement and how they couldn’t decide what state to retire in for nearly 30 Minutes. Dr. Mullin and everyone on her team were great. Always seen within 15 minutes of walking in and everyone knew me by name by my 2nd visit. I got so much care and support, they were genuinely happy every time they called me with a good news. Currently in my 3rd trimester after one failed transfer so I'm grateful to God indeed 🙏
