A receptionist or someone i dialed, named "janice" was highly disrespectful and had a nasty attitude. I am about to be a college student simply wanting my immunization records sent over and i had to hang up due to her nasty attitude ! absolutely disappointing!!
I am writing this review to share my experience with Dr. Luisana Elizabeth Torres, which I found to be highly unprofessional and disappointing. During our interaction, Dr. Torres made comments about my appearance, stating that I looked too young to be my daughter’s mother. I initially took this as a compliment and responded lightheartedly. NOPE. Not the kind of place I want my newborn baby seen at. Front desk employees are extremely rude & dismissive, and patient rooms are make-shift & outdated. You can hear conversations in the room next door & floors have old linoleum (think your old high school cafeteria). Highly disappointed compared to all other Northwell offices I’ve visited.
No complaints, we like how they treat our child and nice front desk
