I came in for an emergency visit, and they couldn't tell me upfront: 1) What procedures would be needed 2) What those procedures would cost 3) Whether I was covered or not They provide no details about anything, only to surprise you with a bill at the end of the night with arbitrary charges. Absolutely criminal.
