This review is not for this particular location but for northwell medical offices in general. My wife has Medicare and a secondary insurance. We KNOW her copayment with the secondary is $15. 99% of her Northwell doctors offices refuse to take the copayment at the time of the visit. Today she gets a bill from a visit back in October. 6 months ago. I would love for a patient advocate to reach out to me to discuss horrible billing practices by Northwell.
This is easily the most unprofessionally run location out of any of the Northwell facilities. I'd give minus stars if it were an option. The sheer amount of employees that have come and gone in such a short span speaks volumes about the forever, revolving door. The environment is out-right toxic and it all starts/ends with the cancerous leadership. The supervisors are the worst I've ever experienced and are enabled by the director of real estate. I work for Steris and this place is terrible. Northwell management and crew have bad attitudes. Hard to deal with and completely incompetent. Zero stars if that were an option
