Was having chest pain went here all the way from the Bronx, I appreciate the receptionists getting me seen swiftly but the other staff wasn’t so great. The doctor (Dr Fu) seemed to apply that I was lying because my EKG came back great. He assumed it was acid reflux (it wasn’t) and said to me “I’m a ER doctor and my only responsibility is to save your life” what??? 07-24-2025 ER. Door #16 I was with a patient (mid 80s - requires total care) at 100 East 77 St room#16 from 8 pm to 2 pm. Patient had arrived there at around 6:30pm. At around 11pm I stood in front of the door and saw the Patient Care Tech (black female. 5'6. 190 lbs. Late 50s) I told her my patient needed to be changed.
