I recently delivered my baby at Lenox Hill Hospital and overall had a positive experience, with a few areas that could definitely be improved. The biggest highlight was the staff. The anesthesiologists were fantastic — they took time to explain the epidural, answered all my questions, and had excellent bedside manner. My delivery nurse was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience feel calm and supported.
