Disrespectful employees but the food is good. Most likely will misdiagnose you and prescribe wrong medication. The hospital itself is quite clean.
I stayed here the food sucked like prison food why are we treated like animals ! Why is prison food and mental health facilities have bad food we are oppressed humans we need a voice . I stayed mL4 the staff was the best they deserve a raise. Only thing I don’t like is they forced to give me haldol shots against my will . I was at the lowenstein building for 10 days . The initial intake was smooth. The medical staff and everyone else was kind and calm. The food wasn’t bad . Unlimited phone time and an hour of fitness outdoors everyday. What more can you ask for? Great hospital
My experience with Addiction Recovery Services (ARS) at Zucker Hillside Hospital wasn't all that positive. I can't say that I like the place, so be aware that my review will likely be subjective.
