Great local hospital. Really appreciated the level of care I received in the ER over a few different visits, and my most recent stay on their in-patient floor. Facilities are new, nice, and clean. Since it is a smaller hospital with limited services, it’s quieter and calmer. Efficient, caring staff
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the care I received during my visit today. I left the facility feeling unheard, dismissed, and in worse condition than when I arrived. I presented with heart palpitations, dizziness, and nausea. Despite reporting that I had vomited, I was not provided any treatment for nausea. I also felt that my concerns about my heart palpitations were not taken seriously. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. $4k for a glucose monitor and 2 antacids and the audacity to kick someone out after scolding them immediately after they become conscious clearly because the patient doesn't have insurance. Can't recommend that you avoid this place enough. You're better off contacting a witch doctor for actual lifesaving care and you'll definitely pay less. They closed ethics claims without so much as an email or phone call response and should not be trusted with anyone's life based on their treatment in what I witnessed.
