Jimmy tried to scam my elderly parents into paying $480 for a 2 mile tow. He towed the care to their house and then threatened to tow their car to a warehouse if they didn't pay the $480. I had to threaten to call the police before he would release their car.
NEVER do business with this company. We were quoted $250 for a tow from Cypress to downtown. When we called back that afternoon to schedule the tow, I asked for an exact price and I was told the exact amount couldn’t be given at the time. After towing the car downtown, Jimmy charges me $350 and threatens to tow my car to storage if I didn’t pay. Extortion! Dishonest, evil, manipulative people.
