Unit smaller than advertised, and no refund given for canceling rental.

Owners are terrific to work with and were incredibly accommodating both when we rented the unit, and when the unit was emptied. The very day the unit was emptied they immediately acknowledged that the unit was vacated and confirmed closure of the agreement. If you ever have the need for a temporary (or long term) storage unit, I highly recommend Northway Self Storage!

I am not very experienced with storage units, but I don't see anything negative about this one. I would've given it 5 stars if it had at lest 1 outlet (if that's a thing in storage units) to keep my motorcycle battery on a trickle charge for the winter.
