I’ve worked with Joel DeMaris twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding! He is down to earth, trustworthy and friendly, all traits that translate to a very comfortable and smooth transaction. Then as we neared closing, we met Mark, another trusted and well regarded key person that DR Horton is lucky to have represent them. A few months ago we bought a house from Dr Horton in the Northwater neighborhood we loved it but there is no playground for our kids so I hope you build a playground in the future then our kids can enjoy it
