Went out of my way to come see a vehicle advertised, was told there was alot of interest in it(usually used car salesman speak). As go to test drive it, I'm informed that a staff member will accompany, which is highly suspect, as no doubt they dont want you inspecting the vehicle alone, the man who tags along is an elderly gentleman speaks to me like I'm a 10 year old and dictates the directions to drive, I inform him that ill drive the way I want to go to get a better feel for what's up with the car. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinix from Northville Motor group and I can guarantee you that they will go above and beyond to make sure they keep their word and make sure you are a happy customer. Most motor groups are only interested in the sale, but this group has shown that they want to make sure they are taking care of the customer long after the deal is done.
