Incredibly long wait list, pretty darn expensive but the ops manager was super helpful, prompt with her responses and made the overall experience better.
Was alright, not great, not terrible
I had a great experience with Northview. Although the waitlist can be long, the process was worth it. The staff were helpful, friendly, and made everything go smoothly from start to finish. I’m very happy with my apartment and appreciate all the help I received along the way
Honestly, I have no real issues. They were helpful at getting me into my apartment. My only issue is that the rent I was quoted was less than the actual rent, which, was not a nice surprise. Apartment was clean, the usual wear and tear, that needs to be addressed, but over all, happy with them.
