A complete nightmare. Josh Schafer is definitely a slumlord. He cares only about getting money and could careless about his tenants or his properties. Since renting from him I experienced nothing but problems. Rent is over a gran a month and the place literally is not livable. He never repairs anything not to mention half of my appliances didnt work. Constant problems and never a resolution. Do not rent from here.
