Visited a while back and loved the homes. They have half acre lots which was perfect for all my toys. It wasn’t the right time for my wife and I to buy last summer and now they’re almost sold out. The sales agent Rachel said there were only 2 homes left. I remember she was very knowledgeable and helpful when we first visited in the summer. Hopefully they open another phase.
The home is beautiful listed at 577k, but all lots are on sale in addition to the price of the home
