Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience yesterday at Dr. Zohrab Beik's office. I'm going to write a detailed explanation of what happened, so maybe they will start treating people as they should. I called the clinic around noon to ask if I could urgently see Dr. Beik because I had a very acute pain and other symptoms that required immediate attention. My wife’s experiences with reception are hostile and unprofessional. Never seen administrative support so abrupt. Truly truly aweful.
Dr Beik is amazing . Friendly and very patient .
My doctor is wonderful.....his front desk receptionist should get another job... She's very unfriendly...
Receptionists are not the friendliest, very unprofessional. I waited an hour and half to see the doctor with no explanation from anyone. This is what our health care has come to in Ontario.
