I don't understand why they keep Juila the receptionist, she is rude, unprofessional and hostile but no matter how many negative reviews people have written the higher ups dont care, Im glad my Dr finally left this toxic medical office.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience yesterday at Dr. Zohrab Beik's office. I'm going to write a detailed explanation of what happened, so maybe they will start treating people as they should. I called the clinic around noon to ask if I could urgently see Dr. Beik because I had a very acute pain and other symptoms that required immediate attention. My wife’s experiences with reception are hostile and unprofessional. Never seen administrative support so abrupt. Truly truly aweful.
Dr Beik is amazing . Friendly and very patient .
My doctor is wonderful.....his front desk receptionist should get another job... She's very unfriendly...
