Receptionist Julia refused to let me book appointments with my family doctor on multiple occasions. She then threatened me because I went to a walk-in clinic when I was denied an appointment. The few times I was at the office I heard Julia being abusive to other patients over the phone. This woman should not be allowed to work in the medical field. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience yesterday at Dr. Zohrab Beik's office. I'm going to write a detailed explanation of what happened, so maybe they will start treating people as they should. I called the clinic around noon to ask if I could urgently see Dr. Beik because I had a very acute pain and other symptoms that required immediate attention.
