North View Apartments is a great place – always clean, well-maintained, and the central air keeps things comfortable. I’ve worked with Tessa, the property manager, and she’s always a pleasure. She’s responsive, friendly, and really makes sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear she takes pride in the property, and it shows in how well everything is kept up. Definitely a place worth considering!
Recently rented a 2 - 2 and have been really pleased with the space within the apartment. The Manager, Tessa, is very friendly and professional and we are quite pleased with everything offered.
Moved here in 2022 and it’s been a great experience. Only moving because our family is getting bigger. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, management responds to questions/concerns right away. The property is always well kept, nice quiet neighbors, plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!
I have lived here for 3 years and haven't had any issues. Clean, quiet building and management is always responsive. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues.
I can tell you the 1 star review is an idiot. Who cares about not having a garbage disposal in your sink. It saves your plumbing. No microwave is no problem, go buy one, they are under 100 at walmart. And the internet is gig speeds. You have to hook up to the box on your wall, ours was in our living room. My downloads are 800mb. Trust me I know, I'm a gamer. Been here since August 2023 and loving it. Rent is worth the space. The last place we were at in Monticello wanted to charge us 1600 for only a 600sqft 1 bed +bath with ... read more
