I lived here for over three years and the experience got noticeably worse over time. When I first moved in, I actually liked the building; the first manager, Kate, was great and communicated well. After she left, management became unresponsive and things went downhill. The call box/buzzer was broken for 9 months by the time I moved out and was still broken when I left, even though we kept being told it would be fixed.
