AVOID RENTING FROM NORTHVIEW!!! 1. They charge fees on top of fees! If you want to pay your rent online, add $25, ya! $25 extra per month! If you want to load money onto your laundry card they also charge a fee for that! When you move out, they take an admin fee out of your security deposit, even if there are no damages and you provide proper notice. 2. $1450 (they raised it to $1550 now) for a two bedroom is seriously delusional. Especially for a building with only one washing and drying machine. Their greed will be be their own downfall. I already know three families that had to move out recently due to their constant raising of the rent. UPDATE: they over charged me twice and then charged me 100 dollars to REFUND ME.

Update : Dec 5 2024 - I found out today that there is a halfway house on Wadland crescent that Northern properties has known about for over a year but failed to inform any of it Tennant's that they knew it was there and is probably the reason for the recent increase in breakins to cars in this area 😲. So if ya rent here now don't be surprised if ya car is broken into . Northern properties knows about the problem but fails to warn anyone .
