$1450 (they raised it to $1550 now) for a two bedroom is seriously delusional. Especially for a building with only one washing and drying machine. Their greed will be be their own downfall. I already know three families that had to move out recently due to their constant raising of the rent. UPDATE: they over charged me twice and then charged me 100 dollars to REFUND ME.

Update : Dec 5 2024 - I found out today that there is a halfway house on Wadland crescent that Northern properties has known about for over a year but failed to inform any of it Tennant's that they knew it was there and is probably the reason for the recent increase in breakins to cars in this area 😲. They robbed the deposit! Checking out was very troublesome, a lot of money was deducted for a clean and tidy room.
