I’ve been bringing my cat Pollyanna there for a while now and the biggest thing for me was being able to be in the exam room and express concerns or ask questions. It’s hard to think clearly and write this after we lost such a big part of our lives yesterday but it needs to be said. It was very clear that 16 year old beloved Pug Oliver reached the end of his journey on this earth yesterday. I was having a hard time finding someone to let us be present during a euthanasia due to Covid. Dr. Simon and her staff are awesome! They take great care of my pets and truly care for their furry patients. The great vibes there even made my "cat from hell" show his sweet side. You guys rock!
As a first time mom to a 3 month old kitten, I have to say Dr. Simon and her staff were very helpful and put me at ease with all my questions. They handled/carried my kitten so well; you can tell they really love what the animals and what they do. Amazing staff and office very clean.
This is the most thoughtful and caring veterinary office I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was referred to this office when I adopted a kitten. She was sick with a tummy issue and everyone in the office was so helpful and she was feeling better in no time. I recently called when my cat had a skin issue I was given great advice and a few days later was called back checking if she was okay and was asked if I'd like a call back in a week to check on her again. Amazing experience! It's the cleanest animal hospital I've ever seen & sweetest staff. Doctor Simon is amazing! They made my kids feel very welcome & took great care of my ferret. I'll definitely be referring everyone here!!
