I cannot tell you the last time a week was fully staffed. My grandmother is often times left with no help, meaning that after my full-time job, secondary part-time job, and aside from having my own two children and household to care for, I then have to make sure she is taken care of as well in between all of those other things. Personally I have never worked for a company as amazing as this one before. Back in December when I had to quarantine due to catching the coronavirus, I got paid for the time that I was off without having to use any paid time off. This company has been so amazing through our transition from County Homemakers to Arcadia HomeCare & Staffing.
