I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star because of one person, Christina. She is a Godsend. I work for the government and have been greatly affected by the current shutdown. Rent is due, car note it due, registration is due and my wife has been I constant communication with Christina. Christina is understanding and does everything in her power to help. She’s honest, answers calls, responds to messages and emails, and makes sure the job gets done. A year ago I thought this property just didn’t care about the tenants.... read more

Ok place to live. Tenants consistently let their dogs poop outside and management doesn't hold them accountable. I am not sure what the relationship is with Avenue 5 but they're also horrible.

Their business model is to completely rip you off and hide line item profits in order to make it seem like you get a good rental rate. For example, they add a "utility reimbursement" of $153.05... here is the thing, it doesn't cover ANY of your utilities. YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY SEPARATE UTILITIES. Then to add salt to the wound, they charge you an additional admin fee for the privilege of basically selling you air. They even add an extra $25 to take care of the grounds. Like really?? Really?! The staff here were very nice! The apartments themselves are outdated and entirely too small for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The view from the apartment we looked at looked directly to the back of WinCo. I saw barbwire put up around the property and that in itself was very off putting!! As the staff here were very nice. The property, in my opinion need a lot of help.
