The management team was awesome and very helpful the application process was a breeze
Ok place to live. Tenants consistently let their dogs poop outside and management doesn't hold them accountable. I am not sure what the relationship is with Avenue 5 but they're also horrible.
Their business model is to completely rip you off and hide line item profits in order to make it seem like you get a good rental rate. For example, they add a "utility reimbursement" of $153.05... here is the thing, it doesn't cover ANY of your utilities. YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY SEPARATE UTILITIES. Then to add salt to the wound, they charge you an additional admin fee for the privilege of basically selling you air. They even add an extra $25 to take care of the grounds. Like really?? Really?! The staff here were very nice! The apartments themselves are outdated and entirely too small for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The view from the apartment we looked at looked directly to the back of WinCo. I saw barbwire put up around the property and that in itself was very off putting!! As the staff here were very nice. The property, in my opinion need a lot of help.
I’ve had a really great experience living at Sagecliff Apartments. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. One of the best parts has been the management, especially Christina, the property manager. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help. She truly cares about the residents and makes sure things get handled promptly. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, and the staff overall is very responsive.
