My boyfriend and I toured Sagecliff back in April, and from the moment we walked in, Christina made us feel so welcomed. She was incredibly kind and it was easy to see that she genuinely cares about residents. We just moved here end of march we haven’t had a lot of bad experiences but I will say we’re in July and the pool is still not open we’ve asked and got told the inspector hadn’t showed up so they were waiting and theres big roaches outside the apartments
Katie was AMAZING! From the moment I toured, she made the experience feel personal, comfortable, and exciting. As someone in property management, I pay close attention to service and professionalism, and Katie exceeded expectations. She was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely passionate about the community. Employees like her are hard to find and make a lasting impression. Management should be proud to have someone representing their property with such professionalism and care.
The complex is nice. I like the dog spa and nice pet area. Property manager Christina was knowledgeable and understanding. Amenities were good. 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is very roomy. Gated community. I liked it and put in an application.
I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star because of one person, Christina. She is a Godsend. I work for the government and have been greatly affected by the current shutdown. Rent is due, car note it due, registration is due and my wife has been I constant communication with Christina. Christina is understanding and does everything in her power to help.
