Dealership contacted us , very nice and very professional, but the car we were looking at wasn’t a AWD and they reply they may have something else ( but overall good dealership

Over the years we have bought a truck, 2 vans and 2 cars from Northtowne Motors. Bill Zeller and his staff always treated us fairly and with respect. Frankly, we won't buy our vehicles anywhere else!!
Replied fast. They went out of their way for us. Included the warranty we wanted. Even gave better directions to get back home. All the paperwork was ready when we got there. Got us a great intrest rate. Cannot say enough good things about them. I will be buying from them again and would recommend them to everyone I know. Great customer service.
My salesperson John, was very helpful, knowledgeable yet non-pushy. He allowed me show this vehicle to my mechanic....checked out great. He introduced me to the owner and made everything simple and easy. I'll be back again soon.
Sales person was rude and disrespectful. Emailed to let dealership know about the issue twice and no one ever responded. Bought a new car at another dealership the next day. Nasty people over there.
