I would give less than a star if able. These guys may offer a vehicle for a certain price, but then jack up the price of the car based on equipment that was already in the car before the offer. This bait and switch was very apparent. First they suggested a car that cost $5,000 more than the car I wanted. Then they tacked on fees for window tint and gps "coverage" whatever that was. I bought a Hyundai Elantra thru them on 3/12/2022. When I bought the car I was working I have since retired and my income has gone down significantly. So I messaged them to see if I could get a lower APR as I only have 18 months left on my loan. A woman called me to get some information and basically jerked me around and left me hanging. The service department is a finesse. When you go in, you are presented the paperwork of the work that is expected. The rep indicates the body of form that includes the services, then tells you to "sign here." However, the purposely leave out the $205/hr labor fee that they conveniently forget to point out on the form. Essentially, you are agreeing to labor fees without knowing.
