Hello everyone, never do a review when you’re angry. The above post was so not me. After I made this review and drove home, I remember my call from Mr Mitchell. We had a great conversation about my situation and he done everything I ask of the company to do. My car was fixed correctly and I’m one happy camper now. For future problems please sleep on it, because I have learned a valuable lesson. Thanks so much Mitchell Hyundai you guys have won be back over. I’m one proud Hyundai owner

I went pick up my vehicle on January 29. I get in it and I see there’s a crack on my windshield. I go back in and I tell the girl working there there’s a big crack going up my windshield on the driver side from all the way at the bottom up. She calls the manager and they go look at the pictures that were taken before I dropped it off. They realize that no pictures were taken of my windshield. The service center has given me nothing but problems. I took my brand new 2025 Santa Fe in for a recall on the Bluelink app and they did a complimentary 4 point inspection. However, they did not put the dip stick back in all the way so oil got ALL over my engine and created a horrible smell in my car and in my garage. When I took it back to have this cleaned up, they had to keep my car for over a week due to having to order replacement parts for the parts soaked in oil. The sales team was fantastic but Wikash was extra great. Super helpful and upfront about everything. I did not have high hopes of walking out with a new car let alone the car of my dreams. I am so excited and 10/10 would recommend. Need a new car this is the place to go!

Such a fantastic sales team, my specific sales person, Wikash was absolutely amazing. I had little hopes that I would be driving away in a new car let alone the car of my dreams!! 10/10 would recommend!! <3

I am not normally one to write complaints, but I have decided that I am done with this dealership after my latest interaction with them. I bought my car at Edmond Hyundai April 2017. I went out of my way to buy it there because they had the engine for life. I was 20 at the time. My brother and his wife were having to drive me to car shop after I moved in and saved up to buy my first car. We normally hate going through the car buying process, but working with Chad Taylor was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and the "walk-out the door" price we were looking for and actually got us into an upgraded trim at a fantastic price! I couldn't believe it. No high pressure sales. No gimmick. Just a salesperson with a great personality that wants to make his customers happy. We highly recommend Chad. If we need to replace our other car, he will definitely be the go-to guy.

My experience at this dealership was the best. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist you with the best deal possible. Dayri Oneil was the greatest sales representative I have ever had. She was able to help with everything o needed plus more. She has been a wonderful person and  went above and beyond.
