Matt is knowledgeable, smart, the most human, down to earth sales person I've ever met. His goal is never to shove the most expensive car down your throat (although with his sales abilities he probably could! 😆) but he really cares more about fulfilling your expectations and needs and that makes you come back to him every single time. I was lucky enough to work with Sam, and because of him I was purchasing this car, I love it. I was already made plan to go to Chevy dealer to purchase a car. That morning Sam texted me and asked if I have any questions or if I need any assistance he was going to help me. If wasn’t that text message send I would not drive Taos today. Dakota and Bill went above and beyond to make sure all our questions got answered and we didn't feel any pressure to buy when we just came to look. But when we decided to go forward with a purchase a few days later, both made sure that we were completely satisfied with the car we were ultimately purchasing. Their focus was our satisfaction with the entire process, not just making a quick sale and moving into the next customer. Best customer service ever!

Matt and the team were great. I was comfortable throughout the entire purchase. They were patient with me as it was a big purchase. No one was pushing anything on me, just listening to my needs and concerns. By the way they beat all the other Volkswagon dealers price around town! Trust me I called them.
