The Service Department lies and does not do the work that they charge you for. They were to go over certain things and instead of doing that and calling me back they went over the everything I told them not to look at. They stated that things were bad and wanted us to pay for them and we told them no but they fixed it anyway. No I was not charged for it but they left the car in the air so we could not see if it was out. So was it really out? They are good for charging you for things that they do not fix. Great service, I went in inquiring about a trade in not really sure if I wanted to purchase anything the same day. Clint Starnes asked me what I was looking for, once I told him he delivered! The staff was very helpful 100/10 service. I’m so happy in my brand new car.

If I could leave a 0 i would. Firstly, I took my 2023 Sante Fe for service since my A/C was blowing hot air. I was called and told that the condenser was cracked and that it was covered by warranty and that they would have to order the part so I would have to return with the car, but my cabin filter needed to be replaced, and they sent me a pic of the dirty filter which i had them change. I am an 80 year old female-went to Jason Pilger Hyundai on 04/17/25-to test drive a 2018 GMC Terrain or a 2017 GMC Acadia that I had been conversing with Hunter about. When I got there-was instead turned over to salesman named Jeff-hunter told Jeff I had a LOT on my plate (husband in hospital) and under a lot of pressure. PLEASE READ IMPORTANT WARNING: General Sales Manager Gary (GG) was a hateful liar to loyal Napleton customers 3/27/2025 (I don't like writing this review - but it was towards my wife who is not white and me her husband who is); Gary negotiates and agrees to a car deal but then reverses course and pretends none of it ever happened for some reason - so very strange how everything changed and went downhill after Gary heard my wife's accent. My experience at Pohanka was outstanding and truly memorable due to my sales representative Darlene Breeden. I was literally stranded in that state trying to purchase my Acura RDX due to a financial hiccup. I was stranded there for 2 days while the issue was getting worked out, it was on the weekend and I stayed until the following Monday. The absolute worst. Dropped car off night before with all details. Receive call in morning from my "rep" going over what needed to be done. I've been through this before with the same rep 3 years ago so I knew the drill. Received a text from him that I could text him anytime to get updates. He never responds. Try calling there.
