Thanks for all your help. Doctor was very thorough. He explained things very well and gave me all the time I needed. I sit at a desk all day and my back just stiffens up. Didn't want medications. It took about three weeks to start feeling better but now my back feels normal for the first time in a long while. Cheryl B.
