Talked to Melissa on the phone and she was very negative and gave me a lot of attitude. I was calling about an estimate from hail damage and she spoke to me like I was a child then hung up on me. Glad I am not going through with services here. 0/10 experience with Melissa.

Northtowne, do yourself a favor and fire Melissa before she makes more customers go elsewhere. I witnessed a woman come in who just had work done on her bumper and she said the bumper came off. Melissa flashed attitude on top of attitude. She couldn't be bothered to help the woman with anything. Lots of exasperation and self loathing complaints that everyone left her (Melissa) alone and went to lunch. Melissa treats her job like a meaningless chore. Give the job to someone who actually wants to help people.

Fast, efficient and looks out for the customer. Not only when assessing your car but afterwards. I left a pair of Chiefs sunglasses even after I was sure I had everything. They had found them and I was able to pick them up. It might seem like a small thing, but in the midst of my car being totaled and everything that goes along with that, this was huge for me. Thank you again.

Worst experience. Came for an estimate and met Melissa for scratches on the passenger door caused by a dog. During the 30 minute appointment; she gave very little information to what she was doing and did not speak to me about anything. She kept repeating “what” and “this makes no sense” at the computer without giving any explanation. Walked outside two additional times without speaking to me to look at the scratches I already showed her. Asked two additional times if this was through insurance which I said no.
