Applied here a few months ago with my fiancé and a roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. They denied our file because they said we couldn’t have 3 people living in the unit that weren’t related. I should’ve sued under fair housing. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Kept clean and reasonably renovated.
Lived here for about 2 years and enjoyed it! Moved out to purchase my first home. Community is very nice and the amenities are great. Management is great and tim the maintenance man is also very nice! Do highly recommend to rent here! :)
My husband, my toddler and I recently moved from Houston, Texas and moved into probably one of the worst apartments I’ve ever seen in my life down the street, Bent Tree Townhomes. We were able to have the lease broken due to not only the conditions of the property but also the lack of care the management had to fix them.
