Very good service and a positive outcome
Fast and clear service and communication
I took my car in for an oil change. We learned there was an update needed. We sat and waited, then after waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes I admitted was getting impatient and went to check and see what the wait was for. I was then informed the oil change and update had to be done separately, with the update taking an hour on its own.
