I would highly recommend Northtown Volkswagen! The process was super easy and stress free. Huge shout out to Greg who took care of us. He is absolutely amazing and great with communication. As well as the rest of the staff who were friendly and super helpful.
Superb customer service. Last week I drove into the dealership on my way back to Toronto, where I live, because a warning light came on about loss of pressure in a tire. The service agent, Peter, immediately pulled my car into the service bay. After 30 minutes he came out to tell me the service guys sprayed the tire and checked it carefully several times. They couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. They inflated all tires to the correct pressure and reset all the warning lights. He said I should be okay. I asked how muc... read more
