RecommendedGreat mechanical and persinal service. They've always gone 'the extra mile' with me. MUCH better than the Toyota and Volkswagen dealershups with whom I've had autos serviced in the past.
Very helpful and was an all round good experience. The employees were extremely nice and informative
They offer convenient and prompt service. However each time after I have it serviced I was driving on the thruway and my headlights were off. They have to turn the headlights back on as it is dangerous for their customers.
After a five page fax to the manager of the service department l still await a reply with an explanation for labor charges on invoice 240029 dated May 6, 2022. I had three procedures that were labor required brake fluid replaced (factory maintenance schedule) front and rear transaxle fluid changed highly recommended by dealer also heat shield bolt needed tightening. The labor charge was $373.40 the auto was in from 7:38 AM to 10:20 AM I simply am asking what were the charges for each procedure or the hourly rate the reason ... read more

My salesman Jack Cohen was phenomenal! Always smiling, very informative and understood what I needed. The Finance advisor was also wonderful. They both worked hard to make sure I was happy and without any pressure. My options were discussed in detail and helped me make a great choice that I am happy with.
