I had a frustrating experience. I visited a few times for a recall issue. The first time, I dropped off my vehicle around 10 AM (with an appointment made two weeks in advance), but by 3 PM they called and told me they hadn’t done anything because they were short-staffed and behind schedule. Bought a truck from them. Didn't realize that they covered the rust with paint. Now I have a rusty truck. Way over payed for the amount of rust it has. Be very careful if youre buying a vehicle here
